Dostlar Convenience Food GmbH
By establishing Dostlar Convenience Food GmbH, we have managed to produce our own cut and frozen, ready-to-eat kebab products.
All manufacturing steps entailed in the production process are supported and monitored in detail.
The Convenience kebab is prepared fully automatically: By means of a constant temperature adjustment procedure and monitoring the degree of browning, meat is cut precisely from the revolving spits by automatic cutting arms. The cut meat is then frozen at -60 °C in a special freezing process involving nitrogen IQF. This is the most effective way to maintain freshness and flavour. The frozen product is conveyed along a belt into the automatic weighing and filling unit where it is packed into various package sizes following visual inspection. Prior to packing in cardboard boxes, products are subject to metal detection and checked for filling quantity.
With this particular production method, Dostlar Convenience Food GmbH brings you fresh and aromatic kebabs ready-to-serve at home.
